My greatgrandfather Esteban, and greatgrandmother Juana, as well as my grandmother Petra, were all from Barangay Can-Adieng, Ormoc, Leyte (now Ormoc City). I am curious if we still have relatives at Barangay Can-Adieng.

My greatgrandmother is JUANA DUTERTE PARILLA, married to my greatgranfather ESTEBAN CAPOY TITO. They only had one child, PETRA PARILLA TITO. The latter was married to KAZUE TSUBAKI, a Japanese National born on 1896 and came to the Philippines in 1917 at the age of 21. Tsubaki was believed to have been killed in Barangay La Torre, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya in 1942. Petra and Kazue had seven children. Third among them was my late mother, PURIFICACION T. RAYMUNDO.
